Location and infrastructure
The village location is unique – it located equally close to center of Riga and center of Jurmala. Excellent roads are in place, complete town infrastructure is situated in 1 km. Old town – the Old Riga – is not more than 5 km away from the village (see. Google Map).

Village is adjacent to Kleisti forest tract. There are Individual cottages and other villages (Osi, Liepezers, Mežāres) located in the surroundings of the village. This place is ideal for those who want to be in the center of all events and at the same time breathe with sea-brought fresh air – sea is located just 4 kilometers away, and enjoy beautiful nature!

Project is divided onto 8 separate parcels suitable for construction, located inside existing residential village. 5 parcels are adjacent to forest which still has precious tree species preserved. Individual parcels are 1200-1300 square meters large. (See area plan)

Infrastructure (utilities) and documentation
Currently all main infrastructure components are being designed. According to received technical requirements it is possible to connect to natural gas (Latvijas gāze) and electricity power lines, telephone and Internet networks (Lattelekom). Tarmac-covered road to Riga is passing close to the land plot.

Local authorities approved detailed plan of the territory in 2007; this plan allows construction of individual cottages and townhouses.

At the moment development offer for this area has been elaborated, in a form of a sample of potential building plan. Project provided for balanced development of the territory, offering for sale both parcels with construction that has not yet started (4), and already completed cottages (6).
